“Clean room but needs refurbishing like painting in the toilet/shower and doors. Staff are courteous as always. Amenities are ample. I like the sauna. I am disabled and the staff in the pool area approached and said they can help me get in the pool if I like to. They said I could get in the sauna in the wheelchair which I did and the people inside were all friendly. ”

“The hotel was really pleasant and very welcoming. Breakfast was up to a very high standard. Receptionists and hotel staff as well as cleaning ladies were very friendly and extremely service minded. All in all my sister and I spent a lovely time there and would highly recommend this hotel. The price was reasonable and not to forget the warm water swimming pool and its surroundings. Would like to go back one day within next few years.”

“Nice welcoming spa/hotel. Room large with plenty of space and amenities. Use of spa ( not treatments) was a welcome bonus, but you need to be out by 10 am and return after 5pm if you are there for a few days if you have the bed and breakfast package only. If you want to stay all day it will cost £70 including a 3 course dinner. Will stay again in the future 😉”

“I know that there is limitations in service during COVID but this was ridiculous.
The breakfast service was very poor, the request for 2 toasts and 2 frieds eggs was not possible to meet from from Hotel.
On the other hand was the dinner service on the terrace very nice and good service.
JN disappointed guest that also is a status member in both establishment. Hotels.com GOLD / BW Rewards DIAMOND”
