Hotell i Útušice

“It's a good hotel but the staff are not customer service oriented, this was the first hotel in which we got to deposit our luggage by ourselves in a room i.e. when we asked about depositing our luggage the staff gave us a key to a room in which it was plenty of other luggages, no staff followed or checked, it didn't feel safe at all leaving the luggage there. At breakfast my wife asked about boiled eggs but the staff showed us some scrambled eggs as if we had not already seen that. They had no...

God o bra frukost. Erbjöds p-garage till vår mc vilket uppskattas 👍”

“Nice hotel with great staff”

“You get what you pay for. The building needs a renovation. But the ladies at the desk are very friendly and helpful.”

“Clean and everything in great order with Quick answer via text for a bit more flexible with check-out timing.”

“I believe the room was hurriedly prepare with clean towels on the bed. However, the previously used towels were still hanging in the bathroom and the sink had obviously not been cleaned either. The staff however was very accommodating in making space for my motorcycle. A marginal experience at best despite the low cost. ”
