âFantastic, A must visit hotel. It's really something out of the ordinary. Staff is amazingly helpful, happy and seems like they really enjoy their work. Almost everyone speaks very good English. If I owned a hotel I would hire everyone of them at once. Be prepared to surprised how really good this hotel is.â
âEverything was great, well decorated, super clean and comfortable.
I just didn't like much the surrands. Had to park the car a few blocks away and I didn't feel safe to walk there in the evening.â
âWe loved this hotel for it's ambience that included artwork, guest lounges and nice gardens. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and accomodating. The property uses sustainable practices to minimize use of plastic and waste. Our only complaint was being woken up early by the noise of voices in a nearby room. Rodrigo was particularly helpful given our limited Spanish skills.â

âVery charming hotel with a historic feel to it and an excellent location in Cerro Alegre right by the Victoria funicular on a pedestrian only strip (car drop off 2 minutes walk on Montt and Dimalow). The area can get noisy on Saturday night but is safe and the views from the hotel are breathtaking and worth the trip. The room was spacious, beautiful and clean, the bed very comfortable. The bathroom equipment and towels showed their age but everything was clean and functional (wait a minute or so...
âVery nice although brief stay. We were able to check in early and were allowed to stay a little later too. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Room was spacious and clean with great views of ocean and hilly town. We used UBER a lot and that worked out great. Area around hotel loaded with restaurants and shops that were well within walking distance.â
âCosy hotel in the best part of Valparaiso. + It has a very nice view at the terrace over the city, the bed was really nice and bathroom was clean and good shower . - The service was not the best, talking about the staff: the guys were kind but the girls were really arrogant and didnât even say hello, thanks or goodbye. Too many stairs and no elevator. â
