“No hot water, blankets we old”

“Absolutely wonderful! A dreamy place. You must try the houseboat for at least 1 night.”

“Ok hotel although we were irritated because the manager promised to book a boat for us We specifically said we wanted a small boat to go to the backwaters and not to the lake. He said ok. The boat that came to pick us up was very big! When asking about that he said it would be safer than a smaller one and when we asked if it really would go to the backwaters he said no- only to the lake, since there are no backwaters! We refused to take the boat and arranged for one ourselves in another place,...

“Needs maintenance, looks run down. Need to put good batteries in the tv remotes not cheap ones. Buffet meals lacks quality. Main entrance hall needs fans and coolers running all time. Very hot and humid and all fans not switched on. The shower attachments need maintenace. Need a inroom guide of how to operate tv and stb box. Staff were outstanding and go out of the way to help and oblige! Keep it up.”

“The stay was great, the place is wonderful with an amazing design and very calm. Beautiful view on the lake and great food. We were very content with everything. Unfortunately, then we had a bit of a bad aftertaste - during the stay we wanted to pay but the service informed us it was already paid. We didn’t think much about it since we don’t track every 100€. After check out they messaged us that it wasn’t paid after all - I checked it and it was true. I of course agreed to transfer the money...

“Clean and comfortable rooms, Professional and friendly staff in the restaurant and safreena from front desk was friendly and helpful. I dont have anything but positive to say about the stay. Thank you”

“The hotel was exceptionally clean and peaceful, making the stay very comfortable and relaxing. The food was delicious, with great quality and taste throughout my visit. What stood out the most was the staff — everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would gladly stay here again.”

“Very nice, very quiet property. The entrance is not very conspicuous for first timers. When we were there, there was some construction going on, so it was understandable that some areas were not as clean. However, this also affected the path to the in-house restaurant making the approach unpleasant and little things like these are not very difficult to manage even with the construction going on, and it was a bit of a surprise. Rooms and facilities were excellent otherwise, food was good, staff...

“The property is GOOD Well maintained Vintage property … But it’s neither beach front nor beach view rooms… And it doesn’t have private beach….”

“Enjoyed the stay, really peaceful and relaxing.”

“Location is good and the rooms are neat and clean”
