The condo was very clean and convenient to everything. The bed was comfortable. Nice to have a washer/dryer. Easy check in and check out. My only complaint is that it was dark. It’s a “basement/lower level” unit with limited windows. There was not enough lighting in the living room. In the pics there are several lamps but not in reality.adding to the dark, basement like feel. Such a minor complaint, but would still highly recommend for two people.

Vail month stay

Our property manager, Stuart Birmingham was just lovely and extremely responsive in getting a couple of additional cleaning requests done as soon as we moved into the property. Additionally, my husband, asked if a grab bar could be installed in the shower and it was done the next day! The property location was perfect for us as we needed few stairs, and a short walk to Vail shopping and restaurants as well as a short walk to the Bravo Vail Music Festival. We enjoyed our stay and Stuart was responsive to any and all our requests. The Davis'

Comfortable and ideally located

The apartment is comfortable, well equipped and ideally located for access to Vail village and Ford Park (we were attending the Bravo Music Festival). We had a few issues but our property manager Stewart was very responsive and took care of things quickly. Although the apartment is essentially in the basement so natural light is limited, the complex courtyard is full of flowers and well maintained so the limited views were very acceptable.

Kick ass location

Literally across the street from the Golden peak chairs. We were squeezing in a quick late season day at Vail and this couldn’t have been easier. Quick easy walk to the village as well.

Cute lower level condo very close to Vail Village

The property was in a good location and offered everything we needed - including parking! Check-out was at 10am which seemed early since you need to load the dishwasher, pull bed sheets and run a load of towels before departing. Otherwise, we arrived a bit early and we’re able to check-in early, and the location by Vail Village was great! Additionally, if you play pickleball play, there are courts nextdoor that you could probably reserve.

We had a great stay in this awesome location. The condo had everything we needed for ourselves and 2 kids. The ease of walking, biking, and finding food/shopping/activities to do was easier than anywhere I’ve vacationed. We all slept comfortably with a bedroom, Murphy bed and sofa bed. In-room laundry made packing super easy. And the kitchen allowed us to save money on food, particularly with picky kids. This location worked out great for us and allowed us to experience all the things in Vail with ease!

Great Location/Great Condo

Condo was exactly as described. I was traveling with my son for a lax tournament - we used the Murphy Great for him - it was great. We were able to keep it down the whole time and it still gave us plenty of room to enjoy the living room. Location was great - Easy walk to Vail Village and Ford Park. Quiet area, no issues with noise - parking lot always had spots and was super easy. The condo is well maintained and has everything you need/want. Washer/dryer was awesome amenity. My ONLY complaint which is so minor - the doors (bathroom and bedroom) creak
nothing a little WD40 won’t fix so I’m sure for future renters this will be a nonissue. I would definitely stay here again - loved Vail, loved the condo - A+ rental!

Idyllic October Snowy stay

From the moment we arrived in the mountain village, spoke with the ever so kind Stewart, we had a magical stay. The condo is prettier than the photos, incredibly well appointed, and in the most divine location. You could walk everywhere, and never needed you vehicle. Would absolutely stay in this beautiful condo again ❄❀❄

Great location in Vail! Condo was clean. Bed was comfy! Had ice maker, which was nice! Did not like that the windows were on ground level, but the nights were cool enough that we did not need them opened. I would rent again!

Close to everything in Vail Village

Other than misleading directions from Maps on iPhone (not the condo's problem), our stay was convenient and comfortable. The unit has very nice updates and a very comfortable bed. The unit is partially below ground, which was s surprise), but was very nice.

Perfect Location! Super Convenient

We had a great week in Vail, and loved this choice of "living like a local". You are right in Vail Village--with easy access to all of the hiking, shopping, restaurants, trail walks, I-70 exit, etc. My husband did the 106 mile Triple Bypass bike ride that ended in Vail, very close by in Ford Park. Also the amphitheatre is a very short walk as well--just like everything! The unit is on the lower level, but had regular sized windows to let in light. All of the appliances were new and high end (Bosch washer/dryer) and the updated condo was well done. The unit is a 1 BR, but you have additional sleeping space for 2 more people with the murphy bed and pullout sofa. Dedicated parking, and the flowers in the courtyard were stunning. We would love to return in the future!

Great stay, would rent again!

This condo was in a great location to the main Vail village center and the grocery store. The Betty Ford gardens not too far from here were a wonderful surprise to enjoy. I loved the condo and location, highly recommend if you like visiting Vail Village. If you don't like the overpriced and overcooked meals in the village, this condo has you covered on all utensils and cookware to make a great meal. Loved the proximity to the grocery store so we didn't have to eat in the village all the time.

Vail Stay

This was a great little property. Close to everything. It is very close to the pickleball courts, the transportation center, and Gondola One. We went to the symphony one evening and it was a 5 minute walk. Of course it is super close to the restaurants and the bike rental. This property made it very easy to bike ride on Gore Trail to the east and west. It was completely updated and super clean. It was well stocked. It even had a first aid kit with band aids! We will try to get this property again. The courtyard was tranquil and like all of Vail filled with beautiful flowers!
