  • Perfect for a group or small family, this stylishly designed condo is well designed for groups who want to enjoy an outdoorsy vacation together. The special design of the fully equipped kitchen opens up the space to the living room and gathering area near the stone gas fireplace. The balcony with a view of the mountain and village is just outside! Guests of this condo will enjoy access to Lion Square Lodge shared amenities, including three hot tubs and the heated outdoor pool.

    Of course, the biggest draw is the slopeside location for prime ski-in/ski-out access. The building features a front desk and concierge in main lobby, with the popular El Sabor restaurant, great for takeout or grab-and-go meals, just off the main lobby as well. On the first floor you'll find the business center, pool and hot tubs! Should you need ski gear, Charter Sports is right on the second floor, catering to skiers of all levels. Also on the second floor are coin operated washers and dryers. Off the property you'll find Vail General store and Lionshead Liquors just around the corner. All nearby Lionshead restaurants and shops are a short distance away for when you're not spending your time on the slopes. Adventure Ridge at the top of the Eagle Bahn Gondola operates day and night, in both winter and summer, for unbeatable family fun!

The ski in/out was fantastic! Gondola access was RIGHT THERE! Loved that! I didn't love that they kept telling us about "ask about an extra parking space and we'll tell you on the day of" - I felt like that answer was always "no" and I wish they had told us that earlier than "day of" but nice place. Fabulous location and view! Nice walking trail to Village - pretty easy access to Village so that was nice! Great ski valet (overnight storage)! Would def stay here again!

This is the best place to stay in Vail! Right next to the Gondola, on-site pool/spa, comfortable beds, balcony looking out at the mountain. The management at the resort are so friendly and helpful. Parking extra cars was no problem, they even do daily room cleaning!

Clean condo, pics are accurate. Balcony views are amazing with Gore Creek streaming along, awesome Mountain View’s with 25million dollar homes nestled in the aspens . Furniture inside the condo were mountain modern and comfortable. Loved this place !!

Can't get any closer to the slopes staying at this well appointed condo

As a first time visitor to Vail we picked the right spot. Condo was steps from the gondola and chair 8. This 5th floor condo in Lions Square Lodge South offered beautiful mountain views from master bedroom and living area. The condo's kitchen is well equipped for making meals however, many restaurant options are only a short walk. We also enjoyed the outdoor hot tubs after skiing each day. Highly recommend this condo and look forward to our next trip to Vail and Lions Square Lodge!

This place was absolutely perfect! Comfortable beds and furniture for resting up after hitting the slopes. View from the patio was lovely also. I loved the hot tub, pool and sauna amenities. We will definitely be staying here again!

Excellent Location

Couldn’t have been more happy with Lionsquare 566, we had 3 small children and the location was so convenient. Few steps to the gondola & ski school each morning. The unit had everything we needed, even humidifiers to help with the dry air. Everything you could need kitchen wise to cook and eat in … We will definitely return! Thanks for a wonderful week.

Happiness is spring skiing at Vail!

We lucked in to this place last minute and what a find! Gorgeous views of the slopes and the river and very comfortable. Well stocked with amenities in the kitchen and we made a few simple meals without wanting for anything. Easy walk to the grocery store and anything else you need. Gondola is right out the door in the morning. The staff was just above and beyond wonderful throughout the stay. Especially the last day when we wanted to ski but had to check out. They took care of all the bags and there is a lovely changing area downstairs when you come off the slopes. Could not have been a more lovely stay! Thank you!

Exceeded our expectations!

Location and property exceeded our expectations! The space was set up so well. Plenty of cozy blankets, towels, and kitchen essentials. Balcony view was stunning. We could walk to everything the resort had to offer. Exceptional service by every team member from check in, assistance with luggage, to housekeeping… everyone was fabulous

Our family had a great stay. Location is amazing! Property was great…. would consider this location again. The only down side is no breakfast option besides making something in your condo daily.

First time at Vail

Beautiful condo and an amazing view! We had 4 adults and 2 kids. And this place accommodates us all with plenty of room. The front desk team including shuttle drivers were very welcoming. The housekeeping team brought our request promptly! The jacuzzi was nice. The main pool wasn’t as warm as I hoped but it was 18 degrees out. It snowed when we were there and it was beautiful. Thank you for having us.

Great 1bdrm/2ba condo with loft space. Beautiful views, with lots of space for our family of four. I would stay here again. Lodge is clean, staff is pretty friendly. If youre in need of meeting room space, there is a hefty charge to rent and you must use their catering recc or be charged additional to use your own.

Amazing Experience

We had an amazing experience at this property. The staff at the doors and front desk were friendly and accommodating. They also provide a free shuttle to and from vail village. This property is as close to lionshead gondola as you can possibly get. It is steps from the door which makes for a great ski experience. Afterwards, end the day with a nice hot tub overlooking the mountains. We went in the spring season and had the hot tub to ourselves every night. Hoping to stay here again next year!
