“Amazing hotel, they upgraded us, a family of 4 to their biggest suite with our own sauna. Fantastic room with a great view over the town square”

“Jättefint hotell, superbra frukost och fantastisk service! ”

“The location and the fascilities are amazing at the Santre - thats what makes you want to comeback back again. Unfortunately the staff didn’t match up standard this time. A bit ignorant at dinner and not so present as you would expect at a five star hotel.”

“The breakfast was very nice ! We really enjoyed the selection and the egg boiling !”

“The rooms have been clearly designed by someone with some name. They have been over-designed so much that the end-result is sadly dysfunctional. Let me explain. The lighting looks nice but also leaves the room very dark. The shower is not in a separate room but right next to the bed. Sprayed water everywhere is almost a certainty. Also, someone going to the toilet in the night and washing their hands needs to put on lights in the same room as the bed. Additionally, there's virtually no room for...

“The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing. If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. A couple of the kids shows are in Italian but our toddler still loved them and all the outings...

“It was spectacular. The setting is breathtakingly beautiful. The food is delicious. The location is ideal for great nearby hikes. Cannot recommend enough and will definitely return.”
