Quiet mountain top with a view

The house is small and cosy. It is situated on top of the highest mountain in Val-David.
The view of the underlying Laurentians will never get old and is beautiful throughout the year. There is very few neighbours, the closest being 250 m away. The place is quiet in harmony with the surrounding nature.
I have never slept as well as I do here!

The area offers access to hiking, skiing, biking, climbing, camping, paddling, fishing, natural parks, SPAs and more.

The space
It's a two-story house. The interior has an Open Floor Plan with simple boho chic decor and quality appliances. There is an Air Massage Tub (jacuzzi bathtub) with a window next to it and of course a nice fireplace in the living room.

A few metre from the main house, there is also a 3 season guest house with a fireplace and a double bed that can be used for additional guests.

-Toilet and sink on the ground floor
Very large outdoor patio w/ sectional sofa (removed for winter)

The house is located at the end of a 500m private steep private road going up the mountain. You will need a 4wd to get up that road to park at the house. Otherwise there is parking at the base of the hill 100m into the private road.
