Dezie Manor Cottage and Gardens near Sarlat la Caneda

The Dezie Manor Cottage has been lovingly restored with a high degree of attention to detail and striving to respect local traditions, crafts and materials all while adding the comfort and necessities you would come to expect of a modern house: walk in marble finished showers, fully fitted kitchen, heated pool and covered terrace next to the pool, a large garden perfectly kept by your gardener.

The Cottage is part of the Dezie Manor estate and has no vis-avis with the other two villas that are on the property. Each house has total privacy.

The Cottage is based on a traditional “Perigourdine style” building with distinct rooms. Starting with the heated pool you go under the terrace, that leads into the kitchen, where you can quickly access the dinning room where the stairs are that take you to the two upstairs bedrooms. From the dinning room you continue to the living room, equipped with a large 4k television with an Apple TV, and then to one of the downstairs en-suite bedrooms. Just beside the Cottage entrance in a separate building you have access to the outside 40sqm en-suite, with gives one couple total privacy.

To access the Cottage with your car you have a long private lane that goes through your private park. You can park your car in the courtyard or in the parking place before the courtyard.
