âWe loved the hotel, but the service was very poor. I can give a few examples from some of all the mishaps during our stay. During one breakfast I wanted to sit in the shade, so I asked one of the waiters for help in moving the parasol. The response I got was "madam it is very heavy". The waiter then watched me and my husband move it by ourselves without offering to help.
