It features an attractive 60 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 500 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 60 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, fireplace (wood provided free of charge)...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with two single beds
- Bathroom with shower and WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bath and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A lovely 500 m² semi-enclosed garden with swings for children
- An 18 m² terrace with furniture for sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Val en Vignes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
