Enjoy your own private pool, open from 15 May to the end of September, surrounded by a beautiful garden with an open terrace, covered terrace, balcony, and barbecue. Perfect for relaxed days outdoors or group gatherings.



Inside, the home is well-equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, washing machine, television, and high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace. Children's books and toys are available, and a cot can be provided, making this a great choice for families. Please note that this property does not have air conditioning.



The surrounding area offers a wide range of outdoor activities such as horse riding, donkey rides, paintball, caving, rock climbing, and quad biking. Charming nearby villages such as Patones de Arriba, Buitrago de Lozoya, Rascafría, and Miraflores are well worth a visit.



Up to three pets are welcome for an extra fee; please keep them off sofas and beds. Six parking spaces are available (five on the property, one in a garage). Quiet hours apply after midnight; events and smoking are not permitted. Security cameras are present on the premises.
