The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Guests will have access to an outdoor parking space.

The accommodations are laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, capsule coffee machine, and kitchen utensils), dining table, flat-screen smart TV, and double sofa bed;

- BEDROOM I with a double bed and a closet;

- BEDROOM II with two single beds and a closet;

- BATHROOM with a raised shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: one outdoor parking space, unlimited Wi-Fi, central heating and cooling with split-system units in the living room and bedrooms, mosquito screens, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.



PLEASE NOTE:

- The garden is shared with other apartments;

- Bicycles may be stored in the unattended shed in the garden;

7 days beforearrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the Municipality of Valeggio sul Mincio.



Please note: Completing the registration and paying the tourist tax is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and gain access to the apartment



Theapartment has a self-check-in system, so you’ll be able to access the apartment on your own using the personal code we’ll provide on the day of your arrival—but only after you’ve filled out an online form with your information, which we’re required to record by law.



We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests in Italy.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
