It is located near the city center, while also being in a quiet and serene neighborhood at night, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploration or work.

Upon entering this unique dwelling, you will find yourself immersed in a linear design that perfectly connects each area, creating a harmonious flow throughout the space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential amenities you would need for a convenient and pleasant stay, including an electric stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer, electric kettle, coffee machine, and dishwasher.

Other amenities we offer are TV, air conditioning for heating and cooling, combined washer/dryer, iron, and hair dryer.



In total the unit covers 45 square meters.

The deposit of 900 euros is necessary and must be paid one week before arrival through an external link sent by email. The deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 7 days after departure.

HOUSE RULES

1-To have access to the accommodation, you need to complete the online check-in first and pay the deposit through the email we will send you. Once the accommodation has been reviewed to detect possible damages, you will receive a refund of the deposit within a maximum of 7 business days after your departure.

2. The deposit is valid only for possible damages caused to the property.

Bills are included in the price up to 5€/day.

2-Check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out until 11:00 am. We would appreciate it if you would inform us of your arrival and departure time.

3- Customer service hours are from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. If you plan to arrive outside these hours, make sure you have received and understood the instructions.

4-Less than 8 days before arrival, it will not be possible to reduce the number of days or number of guests in the reservations. There will be no refund in this case.



6- Duvet covers are stored in the closet during cold seasons and in a box under the bed during warm seasons.

7- Apartments have electronic locks that should not be tampered with. If there is any problem with the locks, please contact us. Otherwise, there will be a charge of 800 euros for any damage.

8- Between 10 pm and 9 am are the quiet hours in the building, please keep noise low during this time.

9- Parties are prohibited.

Pets are prohibited

10- Guests are not allowed, each guest will be treated as an additional person in the accommodation and will be charged accordingly.

11- The rate for an additional person is 60 euros per night per person, plus any commission that could be charged through the deposit.

12- The total cleaning service fee is 60 euros.

13- The towel change fee is 5 euros per person and includes a bath towel and a hand towel.

14- The sheet change fee is 15 euros per bed.

15- Some consumable products such as coffee capsules (Tassimo), toilet paper, etc. are provided in limited quantities and will not be refilled, however, you can find what you need in Mercadona, Consum, etc.

14- Please put the garbage in the street garbage containers.

15- On the check-out day, please close the windows, turn off the lights, turn off the air conditioning and close the apartment door behind you.

16- If you require an invoice, please let us know before your stay has ended with the details to be able to modify the invoice
