- Master bedroom with a 150x190 cm double bed equipped with a standing fan.

- Second bedroom equipped with a 150x190 cm double bed with a standing fan and access to a small laundry area where the washing machine is located.

- Bathroom with sink, toilet, wardrobe, mirror and shower.



It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand towel and a bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, welcome kitchen amenities: (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing machine soap, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel in bathroom) and coffee capsules and 1.5l water bottle. The neighborhood:

Malvarrosa beach, located north of the Port of Valencia, offers its visitors 3 kilometers of coastline with fine, golden sand. This area was formerly occupied by fishermen, later it was a resting place for the Valencian bourgeoisie and currently maintains its charm as a modern area of the city, in the midst of a renovation phase. As a curiosity, it was named after its plantation of aromatic herbs and pinkish mallows. It is perfect if you want to go with your family or to sunbathe in a relaxed way, but it is also great if you want to practice some sport in front of the sea, since there are areas specially set up for the most active.
