Perfekt läge och fantastisk frukost
Fantastisk frukost. Vänlig och serviceminded personal. Strul vid incheckning rummet var inte klart 16.00 (sen utcheckning av tidigare gäst). Vi fick kaffe/kaka och personalen jobbade på snabbt för att fixa rummet. Läget på hotellet är perfekt. Vi kommer att boka det igen när vi besöker denna fina stad.

Great staff and service. Nice room with spacious bathroom. Bed and pillows was fantastic, a must for a good night sleep. Godd location close to the tower, the cathedral, old town and the matket.

Great hotel. Lovely rooms, spacious bath rom. Our room had three balconies. Breakfast was basic.

Great location in the city
Perfect location. Good breakfast, medium big. Most things are on the table. Great coffee. Big rooms. The service was OK. It could have been better. I would stay here again

Toppenbra hotell
Vincci palace är ett mycket bra hotell. Servicen var fantastisk, rummen fina, frukosten mycket god! Läget är perfekt med nära till det mesta.

Avoid - very disturbing noise from the street
For a 4-star hotel and rather expensive it was a disappointment. Even though we got a room on the side of the hotel, not directly facing the main road, we were very disturbed from the noise from the street from the traffic. Also the noise from the kitchen when they were preparing breakfast was directly transmitted to our room. I asked for the possibility to change to another room but the man and the lady at the reception told me that it was fully booked and that we couldn't change room. So three nights with little sleep. Also the curtains didn't cover the whole windows, they were too short.The bed was too hard for the back so I had to stretch out for ten minutes every morning. Lastly when I asked the reception to order a taxi the lady did so but it went a long time with no taxi and I questioned why it took so long and then the lady misunderstood me and cancelled the taxi so we had to step out in the street and stop a taxi by ourselves. It was a close call that we managed to get in time for our train at the train station because of this. We visit Valencia 4-6 times a year but will never stay at this hotel again. Avoid!

Bra och centralt hotell i Valencia
Toppenläge centralt i Valencia, lugnt trots att vi hade rum mot en större gata. Mycket trevlig personal i reception och frukostmatsal. Vi stannade sju nätter och vi skulle önska bättre förvaring, men inte viktigt.

Discreta struttura situata in una zona centrale di Valencia. Segnalo che il check-in può essere fatto solo dalle ore 15:00 in poi. Discreta colazione che viene servita dalle 7 sino alle 11:00. Quello che sicuramente non è mi piaciuto è la polis della struttura che prevede il riordino delle stanze entro le 18 cosa davvero a mio avviso scomoda soprattutto se si è usciti presto la mattina per visitare la città e si ritorna in hotel del pomeriggio per lavarsi e prepararsi per la sera: ritrovarsi la stanza non riordinata è davvero una brutta sorpresa.

Over all the staff was good. However, the room they gave me was on the first floor on the Main Street. Very noisy. When i asked to move me, they just had maintence come spray some liquid on the AC . Then the TV Remote did not work and of course, they did not have another. Not a location to stay at if you want to rest

Excellent hotel in a great location with friendly.
Lovely hotel in a great location. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the housekeeping were wonderful they even serviced our room late one afternoon because we slept in . Valencia is easy to get about especially from this hotel . Just ask the front of house staff and they will get you there .

Great location but things to improve
In general the hotel was great - clean and at a great location. However, the staff didn’t make us feel welcomed at all (we did not get a single smile until like the third day) and at least our room was in need of a renovation. I can’t say that the customer service was on a 4 star hotel level. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
