"After arriving I have got a lower standard of the room, reception did not changed and referred to the manager day after. After help from hotels.com and intensive argue with manager day after they have changed the room which I have booked from the beginning. According to the hotel queen and king size beds is the same in Romania, as well as it is normal that in description you will find details about their best room, but not the one you might get. I believe they just overbooked, since day after I got the room I have booked, but after it was cleaned and ready (they double checked if it was ready during our discussion). Breakfast is good, staff at breakfast and cleaners is much more friendlier. Room is good as long as the one you have booked. No compensation provided for the wrong room for the first night. Would not recommend this hotel since they do have very poor attitude towards their guests."
