A barbecue, a pool, and sun loungers are provided for maximum holiday enjoyment! (Mattresses and floats available).

- A living room with a Smart TV (Apple TV connection available), sofas, and coffee tables, directly opening to the outside. A large selection of board games is at your disposal.
- An open kitchen with a central island, fully equipped (small and large appliances, a complete range of dishware, etc.).
- Independent toilets.
- A laundry/pantry.
- All opening onto the exterior terrace with a dining table for 10 people.
- A master suite with a dressing room, queen-size bed, and en-suite shower room (without WC).

On the first floor, you will find:

- A second bedroom with a queen-size bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe.
- A third bedroom identical to the second.
- A bathroom adjacent to these two bedrooms.
- A fourth children's bedroom with two single beds, dressers, and storage.

- Access to the property in 30 minutes by car from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport.
- 20 minutes from the A8 motorway exit.
