Our charming house is located in Golfe Juan, ideal for exploring the French Riviera.
It has a swimming pool with a furnished terrace and a garden at your disposal. You have the entire floor downstairs at your disposal with its exteriors.
It will be perfect for a tourist stay and can accommodate up to 6 people (children and babies included). You will have everything at your disposal to spend a comfortable stay. The accommodations are located in a very quiet residential area and close to everything, in the middle of the vegetation; a true haven of peace.

A parking space will be reserved for you inside the property (no possibility to park a 2nd car)

The accommodation comprises:
- 1 air-conditioned master suite with its bathroom, king size bed 160
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom, bed 140
- 1 bathroom
- 1 separate toilet
- Air-conditioned living room with TV and sofa bed for 2 people
- Equipped American kitchen: dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery, electric coffee maker.

The living room and bedrooms open directly onto the garden.

You will have access to the exteriors including:
- a beautiful garden planted with trees, palm trees, pine..
- a salt water swimming pool (10m x 4m) not overlooked (without safety barriers, attention to young children) with its very large terrace, 4 sunbeds and large parasol.
- a partially covered terrace for outdoor dining.

- a plancha for barbecues
The swimming pool is to be shared with the owners of the house. Access will be from 10 am to 7 pm for the respect of all

The apartment is NON-SMOKING and pets are not allowed. Parties and parties are not allowed!
