âEasy access via key code. Room was small but ideal for an overnight stay. It was clean had an en-suite wallmounted TV and double bed wa comfy. Well locted with short walk to all amenities.â

Our roomâ room 2, was enormous, with a gigantic, very comfy bed, a wonderful view across the valley, including the railway, and a large victorian style bathroom with a standalone bath with shower over.
An excellent breakfast was included in the very reasonable price and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Would definitely recommend and stay again.â
âWe had a wonderful stay at the shepards hut. The heating and lights had been put on reasy for our arrival as we were later than the check in time . Carol the owner had messaged me earlier in the day with directions which was a nice welcome. She had also given us a lovely recommendation for somewhere to eat that evening. We really enjoyed our stay. â

âIt was a nice place and clean until we pulled the sofa bed out and it was dirty, a quick hover wouldn't have done it any harm. Overall its a nice place to stay, we did try and phone the numbers given to inform of the condition of the sofa bed however not one number was answered, we ended up getting the caretaker, who was 100% helpfulâ
