“The front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming. The room and bathroom was impeccably clean; the bed linens were great and the bed was comfortable. There was a small living room/dining area for guests which always had hot water for tea, coffee and filtered water. There was also filtered water in the room. The place is rustic but very, very pleasant. The breakfast offerings were tasty and substantial.”

“Beautiful rooms, nice staff, great breakfast. The rooms had windows facing the inner yard of the hotel which made them a bit dark - but overall it was a great place with good service. The Fog Walkers tourist office in the hotel was very helpful and reasonably priced as well, and the hotel had a private underground parking lot which was convenient as we came to Salento with a rental car. Another plus: Great hot showers!”

“We arrived early in the morning the day of our checkin and the staff was very accommodating, offering that we take a nap in hammocks, as we had travelled all night from Medellìn to get to Salento. Upon arrival, the breathtaking view of the surrounding nature is soothing and mesmerizing. Our room was clean and spacious. The staff was kind enough to rush breakfast service even though we got to the in-house restaurant a bit late for breakfast before beading to the Cocora Valley. At night, there are...

“The rooms were clean and modern, we booked a private one. If you're on the ground floor near the window, be prepared for the sound of motorbikes passing by at night, though we eventually got used to it. The TV was large and perfect for watching Netflix in the evenings, or you could head up to the rooftop bar to socialize. Highly recommend, and we'd absolutely stay here again!”
