“We stayed in a first floor room. Water was dripping from the vent hood from the second floor. When I went to the front desk, they didn't seemed concerned. Just asked if I wanted to change rooms.”

“Room was roach infested, false advertisement of room and amenities. I am reporting hotel to board of health and BBB.”

“Our stay at this hotel was excellent from start to finish. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The property was well maintained. What really made the stay stand out was Candi. My interactions with her were warm, attentive and genuinely caring. She checked to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. I would most definitely stay there again.”

“There are in the middle of construction and had a low quality breakfast. The pillows are oddly small. Not dirty or anything terrible, but you can get more for the same price elsewhere.”

“When you come close to the property then you realize that you have made a mistake. Its smelly and a bit scary. Entrance was not welcoming. The hallways were dim and scary. The room is OK, but the bed was metal and didn't feel very nice. Linen was just OK. Fridge had a fridge smell. Bathroom was OK. Floor had no carpet but was OK. Do not rent from the webpage picture.”

“The building definitely needed the outside maintained….at least a coat of paint over the peeling paint and weeds cut down. The inside was pretty good though. The room was ok but there a strange man lurking around and was watching us go in our room around a corner then followed me outside when I went to get something out of our car. Didn’t feel safe.”

“Bait and switch. The pictures look good but the place was a dump and the whole building smelled like garbage. The building was like a college dorm - beat up with a non functioning elevator. Dealing with customer service was a complete nightmare as their check in process was awful and when I had a problem, it just got worse. When I got to the property, I realized I had a big problem on my hands and checked into a hotel nearby. Stay far away from this place and Company as even though they agreed...
