“Amazing property, Anthony our host was extremely helpful. If you are looking for an extremely quiet romantic retreat this is the place. Fauna Restaurant is very close to the property, and that's about it, so bring snacks. The pool is very clean, not heated, but swimmable on warm days. Also, the pool has a good amount of in water seating with a very nice swim up bar. The pool jacuzzi is heated and very clean. “Beautiful hotel in Valle de Guadalupe. Lovely with breakfast baskets and generally the concept of the room with a little kitchen, well stocked bar/fridge, jacuzzi and sauma is great.”

“Amazing service, hospitality, and wine — it was truly an incredible experience. We weren’t aware ahead of time that the restaurant and hot tub would be out of service, and it would have been nice to have that communicated prior to arrival. That said, the staff was wonderful and made the stay incredibly enjoyable. “The pool/spa area has the best views and the property is very clean. This has been one of my favorite places to relax. The room is clean and has an excellent view. Self Check in is easy and the staff respond promptly to requests.”

“The stay at the hotel itself was great. The rooms were very clean, spacious and overall were wonderful. I say that because the hotel is also very very brand new. You can smell how new it is as you walk in. Yesenia, the employee who works onsite was extremely friendly, welcoming, helpful, she was attentive and also a great asset to our stay. My rating is mostly based on the fact that there is nothing else offered by the establishment. The value of what I paid vs wha I get was not enough....
