Peace and relaxation near one of Sardinia’s most beautiful and longest sandy beaches.<br><br>Summer vacations are also available during Pentecost and in October (air: 20–27°C and water: 20–23°C)<br><br>The Residence Solevacanze offers beautiful and stylishly furnished apartments for 2–8 people. The accommodations are located on a hill in the village of La Ciaccia (in the municipality of Valledoria), not far from the sea (300 m) and the sandy beach (400 m). The apartments (all equipped with 2 bathrooms) are spacious and feature a garden and, depending on their location, either a furnished terrace or a furnished balcony with a sea view. All accommodations are high-quality and tastefully furnished in the Sardinian style and fully equipped. They offer, among other things, satellite TV, a washing machine, air conditioning, and a barbecue. <br><br>Within walking distance, you’ll find 3 restaurants, a supermarket, a fruit and vegetable vendor, a butcher, a bakery, a “Tabacchi” (magazines and tobacco products), 4 bars, a church, an ice cream shop, 2 children’s playgrounds, and, of course, the local sandy beach, which stretches nearly 15 km to the east. <br><br>To the west, you’ll also find a rocky coastline (ideal for snorkeling and scuba diving). All shops, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, and supermarkets are open year-round. The supermarkets also open their doors on Sunday mornings during the “winter months.”<br><br>What sets our service and the location of our accommodations apart?<br><br>(1) We offer professional service in a family-friendly atmosphere. We’re available to our guests even outside of office hours (including at night)!<br>(2) Late-night check-in available!!<br>(3) Ideal vacation spot for families: quiet location, plenty of open spaces and meadows for playing, little traffic, short walk to the local sandy beach, numerous sports opportunities, ......<br>(4) A large and cozy reception area with many services is available on-site: Wi-Fi (Internet can also be used outside of office hours), satellite TV, all kinds of tourist information, a play area for children, a library, table tennis, cricket, badminton, ….)<br>(5) In the Sa Fiorida vacation home area: a soccer field, a volleyball court, and bocce courts. These can be used by all our guests at any time, free of charge.<br>(6) Just 200-400 meters away is a 15-km-long sandy beach, one of the largest in northern Sardinia—plenty of space to run around and relax<br>(7) Numerous outdoor sports activities (year-round): sailing school and rentals, surfing and diving school, SUP, kitesurfing, canoe excursions and rentals, boat trips on the Coghinas River<br>(8) Local shops, restaurants, an ice cream parlor, bars, a bakery, a church, and a playground are all just a short walk away.
