Stoneridge cottage 1 family trip
The hosts were premier hosts for sure,so much attention to detail to ensure a great experience for the guests. It was the cleanest ,most stocked ,prepared place i have ever va ationed at.The views there are spectacular . This vacation lived up to our expectations and gave so much more .we will be vacationing there again

Perfect cottage
We loved our stay at Stoneridge. Liz and Jerome are the perfect hosts. We loved all the little touches from the chocolates to the wood for the fire pit.

Beautiful ad relaxing
Stoneridge Cottage 1 is a real find. We enjoyed staying in this comfortable home with a fantastic view. This was our first visit to Mentone. For a small town, we were impressed with the number of restaurants and services. Be sure to check out Desoto State Park. Hike to the falls if you have the time, as it is well worth it. 5 stars!!!

Room with a view
The cottage is on the brow and has a spectacular view of the valley during the day and the lights dotting the valley at night. There is also a panoramic view of the sunset.

My best friend and my dog enjoyed our stay. The cottage was clean, comfortable and very inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the views. I will definitely stay again.

The perfect get away
Stoneridge cottage was perfect for a getaway for our anniversary. It was clean and we appreciated all the little details that made it convenient and comfortable. It would be perfect for 2 couples or a family as well. The hot tub and view of the valley were wonderful. We enjoyed dinner at the Wildflower cafe, which is a short drive. We will definitely come back.

The perfect Getaway!
This is the first time ever that my spouse and I decided not to travel to be with our extended families during Christmas. We decided that a stress-free vacation with just the 2 of us would be a nice change - and we were not wrong. The minute that we walked through the door of the cottage, we felt comfortable. There is an old English type of cottage feel that was perfectly complimented by country Christmas decorations. The view is perfection and the hot tub just adds to the whole experience. 10 out of 10, will do it again.

I have been staying at the StoneRidge Cottages for many years and they never disappoint! The view is incredible and the best Mentone has to offer! The cottages are meticulously kept and updated as needed. The hosts are kind and very helpful. Once you stay here, nothing else will compare!

Anniversary Getaway

Stone ridge cottage day
What a fabulous cottage this is. The cottage was immaculate, cozy,decorated like no other place we have ever stayed. The owners were wonderful and everythind about the whole stay was perfect. We had to the most wonderful time this past week! Everything about this cottage was perfect! Location was beautiful with the views from the brow overlooking the valley! The cottage had everything we needed to be comfortable, we especially loved the stone bedroom, just precious! The weather was perfect, leaves had started changing and it was so pretty! It's close enough to walk to town and enjoy all the shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend Stoneridge Cottage for a unique experience! We really loved it!

Quaint, Comfortable, Clean, Spectacular View
My husband and I travel with another couple about once a year to a mountain location. We spend a couple days, visiting, playing cards, cooking and just enjoying each other's company. This was a perfect location for that. We enjoyed the spectacular view and spent as much time as we could out on the beautiful screen porch. I hope we have the opportunity to visit again.

Awesome Views
Very cute cottage with plenty of room and nice amenities. Awesome valley views and wooded views since there are two sitting areas, as well as a spacious screened porch. We had a very enjoyable anniversary trip, and our puppy turned one year old. We all had a fun weekend celebrating and enjoying the cottage and surrounding areas.

The Best and The Rest
The best: the amazing view. The rest: also amazing. If you are looking for a gorgeous overlook, you have found it. Nearly every room looks out over the brow while the new hot tub and large screened porch offer unequaled sunsets. The beds are super comfy with nice linens and the bathrooms feature thick, plush towels. This cabin would be ideal for two couples since there are two self-contained suites with their own bedrooms, bathrooms and sitting area with TVs. It's quiet, clean, well-equipped and, did I mention the sunsets? Stay here. You won't be sorry.

That view though ..
The property was so much more than we expected, it was absolutely beautiful. The view was spectacular. It was so welcoming, we felt at home the minute we got there. We had a relaxing low-key weekend celebrating my mom's 75th Birthday! We will return and I will highly recommend this property.

Beautiful house/views
I loved the house! Very unique, I love old houses, and this cottage was perfect. There are two stairs. You have to go up in three different places, but not bothersome for us at all, rooms can be closed off, which was a plus. The view was spectacular love sitting on the screened in porch, drinking coffee having my devotions, we ate supper out there one night, it was so nice, we didn’t run the air conditioner hardly any, we left the door open going onto the screened in porch and the puppy loved going in and out, overall a great experience I look forward to going back !

Magical Stay
My sister and I chose Stoneridge Cottage I for a weekend getaway. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We spent hours on the screen porch enjoying the view from the Brow. The cottage was well-appointed and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We decided then and there to make this a yearly trip!

Our stay was nice and the house was as described. The only thing I recommend for someone coming to the house is to be aware there is no dishwasher. While I am fine washing dishes and I know there is a cleaning fee, etc., you just never know how clean/sanitized the people before you may get the dishes. There were paper plates available for use but I would also bring disposable cups and utensils.

Great View
Musty odor that is to be expected given location. Confused by shower (?) in main bathroom. Beautiful views and awesome porch. Hot tub was unavailable.

This was our second experience withe owners and both cottages were great! Beautiful sunsets. We went out and visited Ruby Falls and Cloudland State Park. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip.
