“The staff that cleaned my room were very efficient and they were very curious. The grounds outside could use a bit more cleaning from cigarette butts. But over all it is a good hotel and desk staff very friendly.”

“The hotel was nice enough, one elevator was broken and you could definitely tell the other one was on its last leg. It had broken tile and it was very slow and made weird noises. The room I stayed in smelled a little like cigarettes but it was very clean minus the cigarette smell. Very good breakfast and everything else was amazing though.”

“Got a room with broken bathroom door which didn't get fixed until we left despite complaining about it twice. Not enough staff on duty during breakfast hours. Breakfast area doesn't get clean until the breakfast hours are done. So, if you are not the first one, you are likely to find crumbles all over the place. Overall property is good, and room size was good, just not well maintained.”

“Not only are the rooms consistently moldy, which will affect anyone’s help, especially if you have asthma… You may find the bathrooms, barely cleaned or mold and mildew around the tub and then if you need help, then you need to move to a different room you’ll be treated badly by people like RUBY and I even lost a full night stay after the night guy said I could move to a clean room and then Ruby said I could move and then she freaked out on me when I came back to move and was verbal and attacked...

“Don't sleep here, at least not on a Saturday. The rooms were good but our room faced some that played incredibly loud music until 2 in the morning so we didn't sleep well, which is the point of a hotel. They could have warned us, given us earplugs, another room and or compensation. No one should fool me that they didn't know anything. Apparently Backyard has gigs every Saturday.”

“The breakfast exceeded our expectations! There was plenty and the quality was top notch! Fresh coffee, milk and juices! The service from check-in to check-out was outstanding! Will definitely recommend to family & friends.”

“Yes but it was broken busted, bugs can get in from outside. No the floor was filthy dirty not been mopped. Then when I wipe up water from tub the floor were very dirty. Turn my white socks very dirty., may not be able to even bleach them. Need weather stripping, and a lot of repair that were previously damaged, I took pictures of all so I not be blamed.... There's more I should have been charged for the stay at all .. should of had a free night... More but I'm tired didn't sleep at all ... They...

“The Wi-Fi wasn’t working the entire 3 days we were there. Our room keys kept deactivating so we couldn’t get in our room until we got news ones twice. We left the room for an entire day & our towels weren’t replaced, neither were our sheets. I had to request new clean towels twice.”
