Villa Lune is a detached villa for 8 people located in the luxurious villa park Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche. Because of the practical layout, the villa is also very suitable for small groups or families. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche is located in the immediate vicinity of the picturesque village of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc (3 car minutes from the centre) and, as the name suggests, within walking distance of the banks of the Ardèche.



The Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche park has a large communal swimming pool, petanque courts, tennis courts, table tennis, children's play equipment and a multi-sports field where you can play football, basketball, or volleyball. The park is located on the river Ardèche 3 minutes from the centre of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc with its authentic streets and terraces.



Downstairs: The living room has a cosy fireplace and central heating and TV with Dutch channels. The living room has a 3-seat sofa, 2-seat sofa and 2 armchairs, a coffee table, dresser and is attractively decorated. You have free access to the WiFi network in the house. In the hall there is a separate toilet and a door to the sleeping area of the ground floor. Behind this door is a second hall with access to two bedrooms and the bathroom with bath.

Upstairs: There are 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and a covered terrace.



Garden and swimming pool: You can enter the spacious covered terrace from the living room through the sliding doors where you can enjoy the outdoors. The terrace is equipped with a large table with eight chairs. In the garden and on the terrace, you can enjoy the sun all day long. Part of the terrace is covered so that you can also relax in the shade. The garden is well protected and offers enough privacy. The private pool is 9 x 4.5 m. There are adjustable sunbeds by the pool. The pool is safely closed with an electric roll cover. The pool can be heated throughout the rental season. Professionals provide weekly maintenance.

A quiet dog is allowed in this villa.
