Villa Avallon is a spacious and tastefully decorated villa, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is situated in a beautiful location within the luxury villa park and the villa and garden offer lots of privacy.



The living room with separate sitting and dining area and a spacious open kitchen offer plenty of options and space to enjoy with family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, refrigerator (2), Coffeemaker and Senseo and a combi microwave with oven function.



There are 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor. The villa has two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The first bathroom has a sink, bath, and toilet. The second bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower. There are also 2 double bedrooms on this floor. The beds can also be made up as single beds.



From the villa you walk through the patio doors into your garden where you can enjoy the outdoors under the spacious covered terrace with patio furniture. The private pool in the garden has a large terrace. The villa also has a washing machine, ironing facilities and WiFi internet. At the villa itself there is space for 2 - 3 cars to park.



This villa has a lockable gate to Villa and is therefore possible to rent this together for larger groups or families who want to have a cosy holiday together.

The lively Ruoms, just north of the Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardeche, once started as a monastery. Around it slowly grew a village that is now a popular holiday spot.
