- 1 on the first floor on the north side with a sink and large closet, 1 double bed, 1 comforter (220x240) and 2 pillows (45x75)
- 1 on the south side upstairs with 2 separate single beds, 1 140x200 duvet and 2 45x75 pillows
- a second room upstairs on the north side with 1 double bed, a countertop sink, and a balcony, 1 comforter (220x240) and 2 pillows (45x75)

WARNING: The stairs leading to the first floor are STEEP

- 1 fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, a 41L trash can, and recycling bins, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, drip coffee maker, kettle, microwave, electric oven, induction cooktop, fondue set, raclette set, ice maker… opening onto
- 1 living room with an L-shaped leather sofa bed, coffee table, and flat-screen TV with an Amazon Fire Stick, overlooking
- 1 very sunny terrace furnished with a table and chairs, a grill, and views of the Puy Saint Vincent ski area, the Entre Les Aygues Valley, and the Vallouise market (Thursdays, a 100-meter walk)...
- 1 bathroom with a bathtub, countertop sink, washing machine, and clothesline
- Separate toilet at the entrance.

You’re right in the heart of the village, the starting point for beautiful walks and hikes. Nearby you’ll find sports stores, restaurants, pizzerias, the tourist office, a bookstore, souvenir shops, a bus stop, and a playground.

A 5-minute walk away is the Gyronde health center, which has doctors, a dentist, a pharmacy, nurses, physical therapists, and an X-ray facility...

Take a short 5-minute walk along a small path by the river to the Maison du Parc des Écrins, where you can enjoy film screenings and learn about our local flora and fauna.
