Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house as well as the shared pool of the residence.

The outdoor spaces are fully private, perfect for relaxing in peace and quiet.

A reserved parking space is also available, for a hassle-free stay from the moment you arrive.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a quiet environment, the residence offers easy access to the beaches, shops, restaurants and all the amenities of Valras-Plage and Sérignan.



Getting Around:

• Beach: quickly accessible

• Local shops: a few minutes’ walk

• Sérignan shopping area: 4 km

• Polygone Béziers: 20 minutes by car

• Bus line E available

• Pool closed outside the summer season

• Not accessible for people with reduced mobility (PRM)

Security deposit required

• A security deposit will be required including for Airbnb guests via a bank card pre-authorisation from 300 EUR to 1500 EUR depending on the property

• You will receive a message 2 days before arrival to complete online check-in

• This is when you will register your bank card for the deposit

• If the deposit cannot be secured, we will not be able to hand over access to the property"
