Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire property.

Self check-in possible with a connected key box, or personalised welcome depending on your arrival time.

Private garage on the ground floor and the possibility to park a second vehicle in the residence.

Good to know: a road must be crossed to access the pool.

The house is located 900 m from the beach and the town centre, in a quiet residential area. Local shops, restaurants, markets and water activities are just a few minutes away.

Security deposit required

• A security deposit will be required including for Airbnb guests via a bank card pre-authorisation from 300 EUR to 1500 EUR depending on the property

• You will receive a message 2 days before arrival to complete online check-in

• This is when you will register your bank card for the deposit

• If the deposit cannot be secured, we will not be able to hand over access to the property"
