Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place.
Steps away from all the entertainment downtown can offer - shopping, restaurants and pubs, Coffee shops, and movie theatre! Perfect place for a family, or group of friends vacation. Easy access to public transportation, Burrard sky train station is 10 minutes walk from our building. Scotiabank Theatre is just one step away. There is no parking in the building, but a lot of parking lots within a block.

Very nice great location
Awesome location right in the heart of everything. Lots of shopping, groceries, restaurants nearby. Communication with host was excellent.

Good property but read before reserving
While the experience was overwhelmingly positive, a couple of noteworthy aspects required mention. To begin, the property's cleanliness was impeccable. The location is primo, right in the thick of things. It's super convenient for hitting up all the cool spots. And those views? They're a real treat. But two things are the ones you may consider before reserving: The check-in and check-out procedure involved retrieving and returning keys at a 7-Eleven security box, which, in our estimation, introduced an element of inconvenience. The other buzzkill was this weird noise above the dining table. Even with just four of us chatting and playing music at a decent volume (no wild parties here), this noise would start beeping loudly. Pretty odd.

Great condo close to Burrard St
This is a great property. The apartment was clean and has central A/C, which is tough to find. The building is secure, with a workout room. There is a YMCA across the street with day rates if you want to swim. The neighborhood is close to lots of things to do in great Vancouver, with a convenient grocery and movie theater, shopping, restaurants. The communication with the property manager prior to the stay was very slow (two days after the original booking, we had changed the length of stay from 10 to 5 days, which apparently was not properly noted in their system), but the check-in and communication during the stay were fine.

Wonderful stay in Vancouver
We loved our stay in the apartment. It was clean and well appointed, close to a supermarket and a short walk to downtown shops and Granville Island. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Would not hesitate to recommend the property to others

Convenient to the city
Nice property with a great view of downtown and mountains to the NE. Living room comfortably seats four adults. There is no parking in the building but the Paramount garage is very close and you can easily manage parking there online using the Hang Tag app.

BC First Timers
Our place was in a good location for us. We did have to request wash cloths and more hand towels. There were 3 in my party and only 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel. We had to make the request more than once and waited over 24 hrs for them. The coffee maker was missing parts so it made a horrible mess. The tv in the bedroom didn’t work. I really don’t think guests should have to empty trash or take care of the recycling. The windows in the living room were filthy and had not been cleaned in ages. There were hand prints and streak marks all over them. Plus the caulking around the bath tub was all black. Either stained or molded. The shower curtain has a bunch of pink scum on it as well.
