House is beautiful, spacious, big lay out plenty of room for the family. However, no book with instructions or information as to WiFi password, garbage, etc towels smelled of humidity and kind of wet dog and we had to go out and buy our own towels. 2 of the showers drain did not drain water properly, not enough kitchen items for the amount of people the house accommodates. House was definitely not clean. Toilets were dirty, fan had at least an inch of dust on it, there’s trash in the backyard, refrigerator was dirty. Several Bedspreads had stains on them which really grossed us out.

We had a very good time as a family group together for the holidays. Pinder was a great host, responsive and accomodating. Chair lift was helpful for us which sets this place apart. Large functional kitchen and common areas for everyone. Lots of bathrooms. Location was good, close to a walking area and shopping. Amazing views of the mountains from the kitchen and porch. Worked well for us - thanks.

The house fit our needs pretty well. Loved all the beds and bathrooms, although not quite finished in several areas. Family living, kitchen, and dining areas nice for gathering, family meals, and games. Outdoor space not usable. No tables or chairs, cluttered, with liter,useable. No tables, chairs,

The base of this place is nice. Big house and a nice layout. But so many weird things were missing.. - Only a few cups, plates, etc. (do not plan on cooking or eating group meals) - Only 5 bath towels (the host went to the store that night to buy more) - The access code to the front door was not sent to us so we were waiting outside the property for an hour waiting to get in touch with the host. - bedding/linens is bare minimum. Needs more pillows and blankets Honestly this place could be great, but missing a lot of the small things you’d expect a big house like this to have. Hopefully they can stock up and make this place livable. But for now, would not stay again. We had 13 people traveling to British Columbia and needed a place to sleep for a night after the airport.

we were there for a family get-together, the house was spacious and nice. with plenty of rooms and furniture, we were able to enjoy our gatherings. The kitchen was well equipped. we were able to enjoy inside and outside of the house. The backside driveway was not available to us for car parking, which would have made it a 5-star stay.

The house is nice and big and a great space for having friends over. Unfortunately when we arrived we discovered there was a lack of kitchen supplies and the house was not clean. The owner was responsive and friendly and did come by and bring us some plates and glasses and cutlery etc. It still wasn’t enough though and the house was lacking a lot of basic supplies. We were told we would get a discount and would not pay the cleaning fee. Still waiting for that to happen.

Owner was very helpful along the way and response really quickly. Checks in with us all the time if everything is okay! Cool guy:)
