Guest access
When booking the entire home, you will have private and exclusive access to the full property, including both the upper and lower levels.
This includes:
• All 7 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms
• Two full kitchens and dining areas
• Two living rooms
• Game room with bunk beds, 500+ arcade games and a classic pinball machine
• Private patio and all outdoor amenities
• Hot tub, outdoor theater, fire pit, and backyard spaces
• Both laundry areas (one upstairs and one near the back entrance foyer)
You will have full use of the driveway for parking, subject to the maximum number of vehicles allowed. Please let us know in advance how many vehicles you will be bringing.
This booking gives you complete privacy with no shared indoor or outdoor spaces, making it perfect for large families and groups who want the entire property to themselves.
Other things to note
★ A security deposit of $1,000 is required for all bookings and is charged to your credit card as a hold after booking confirmation. The hold is automatically released 15 days after checkout, provided house rules are followed.
★ Please ensure your booking reflects the correct number of guests. Pricing is based on guest count and applies to all visitors.
★ Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This is a family-friendly neighborhood and we kindly ask all guests to be respectful of noise levels at all times.
★ Parking is limited and strictly enforced. Please confirm the number of vehicles you will be bringing before arrival.
★ A noise monitoring device is installed on the property to help prevent parties and maintain a peaceful environment. It only measures sound levels, not conversations or recordings.
★ The hot tub and outdoor amenities are for guest enjoyment. Please follow all instructions that will be provided in the Digital guide and shower before use. Children must be supervised at all times.
★ A crib and high chair are available upon request for an additional $50 each per stay. Please let us know in advance if you would like us to prepare them for your arrival.
House Rules:
1. No Parties or Smoking: Absolutely no parties or smoking anywhere on the property. Violating this rule will result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of your security deposit, and remaining stay costs.
2. Noise Restrictions: No noise or loud music after 10 PM to respect our neighbours and us. Additionally, loud music is not permitted at any time. Violation of this rule may result in eviction, and forfeiture of your security deposit and remaining stay costs.
3. Early Check-In: Early check-in is available upon request at least two days in advance, at a rate of $50 per hour (maximum of two hours early). Alternatively, luggage drop-off can be arranged if scheduled beforehand.
4. Late Checkout: Checkout is at 11:00 AM. A late fee of $50 applies for the first hour beyond checkout, increasing to $200 per hour for each additional hour.
5. Waste Disposal: Please follow the garbage disposal instructions provided in the house manual, sent to you on the day of check-in. Improper disposal may incur an extra cleaning fee of $200, deducted from the security deposit, as the city may fine us or refuse collection if waste is not disposed of correctly.
6. Supplies: Basic supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, spices, and soap are provided to get you started. Any additional supplies required during your stay are the guest's responsibility.
7. Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay. To avoid liability for pre-existing damage, please report any issues immediately upon arrival or during your stay. Any unreported damage found after checkout will be assumed to have occurred during your stay.
🐾 Pet Rules:
1. Furniture Restrictions:
Pets are not allowed on beds or sofa beds. A $200 additional cleaning fee may apply if excessive pet hair is found on bedding or furniture.
2. Outdoor Supervision:
Pets must not be left unattended in the backyard. Please clean up after your pet. A $100 cleaning fee applies if pet waste is found.
3. Indoor Supervision:
Pets must not be left unattended inside the home. If stepping out, please bring a crate and ensure your pet is crated.
4. Noise Control:
Pet noise must be kept to a minimum, especially during quiet hours. Excessive barking or disturbances may result in cancellation without refund.
5. Approved Pets Only:
Only pets approved and added to your booking are permitted. Unauthorized pets will incur a $200 per pet, per night fee for the entire stay.
