Welcome to our modern and comfortable studio guest suite, perfectly situated in a peaceful residential neighbourhood (Sunset/ Fraser st) near South Memorial park.
The studio is brand NEW and well equipped for short stays.
15 mn from the airport , surrounded by a park, close to restaurant and to 3 differents transit routes, this private retreat is ideal for visitors.

The Location
Enjoy one of Vancouver’s most dynamic and walkable neighbourhoods:
* Steps from south memorial park (tennis, tracking field, playground, baseball & soccer field…)
* 5-10 mn distance to Fraser st for groceries, restaurants , coffee shops
* Public transit is one block away (bus 41/R4 to Oakridge station, bus 22, bus 8)
*downtown is a 20mn drive

The Space
This self-contained studio suite is located on the lower level of a three-storey home and features:
* Private entrance with keyless self check-in
* Comfortable sleeping area for up to 2 guests.
* Private full bathroom with shower
* Smart TV
* Large Closet with portable fan and storage space
* Small appliances only / no kitchen :
* Microwave oven
* Refrigerator
* Cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery
Please note: there is NO conventional oven, no stove and no dishwasher.

Guest Access
Guests access the suite via a private entrance and will receive a unique entry code 48 hours before arrival.

Please note that access requires descending approximately 10 steps and is not wheelchair accessible.

House Rules
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests:
* No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, chewing tobacco, or drugs anywhere on the property
* No pets
* Outdoor shoes are not permitted inside the suite
* Guests are asked to wash dishes after use
* Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Other Things to Note
The hosts family live on the upper levels of the home. While the suite is private, you may occasionally hear normal household activity.
Our community is environmentally conscious and maintains an active recycling and composting program. Guests are kindly asked to sort waste into the appropriate containers.
