Our room was small and the lobby was under renovation so it was a little chaotic. The staff was great and went above and beyond to help me with a passport emergency. Very helpful all in all.

I had a fantastic stay and sleep! Room was very quiet, the bed was very very comfy and the sheets were very soft. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, especially enjoyed the coffee! Transportation to and from airport was prompt and the driver was pleasant and followed the rules of the road. Mixup with a double room booking was resolved and I appreciated this!

It was under construction, wifi wouldnt stay connected, and also the room didnt have a fridge. The only upside was a friendly shuttle ride to the airport

The property is under going a major renovation so the lobby and breakfast area are part of the work zone. That being said, the staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs, specifically an early check-in. The young lady at the front desk, I believe her name was Kush, was extremely friendly and helpful while working through the construction and I am sure complaints from some guests. The shuttle bus to the airport was clean and on time. We would stay again.

It was undergoing renovations. It was dusty and dirty. $170 for a bare minimum room. The room seemed outdated, the bathroom specifically. Great service from the front desk and the shuttle to the airport was great. Easy check in.

The hotel is undergoing renovations. The lobby looks like a war zone. The staff are doing admirably considering the conditions. I am sure things will be better soon.

The whole lobby was under Renovations. Soiled bed cover. Pink mold around tub. stained walls that are marked up I reported this to staff when I arrived in the early afternoon and when I got back in the evening from my event nothing was done. they said sorry. Never again! Slept on top of the covers.

The property is under renovation, when my taxi dropped me off. I thought I entered a construction site. Taxi drop off at the back door, wooden boards were covered from ceiling to floor, no entrance. I was confused, not sure if it was a hotel. As I open the entrance door, clothes covered from ceiling to floor, around the whole lobby area, the cash register is open, a lady was standing there, couple construction worker or hotel staff was seating on the folding chair. Floor is dusty duty to construction. I asked is the hotel open? The lady told me it’s, but I don’t feel comfortable. And asked if there is siblings hotel could take us. She said no. I asked to cancel, she said it’s too late. I didn’t stay.

We were only there for a short time getting in later in the evening and leaving early in the morning to catch a flight. The front desk staff were very helpful and they had some breakfast goodies ready early for us before we took the free airport transportation from the hotel.
