“Wetherly Inn has been the highlight of my stay on Salt Spring Island. It is a beautifully crafted, family run but very sophisticated luxury boutique hotel. Very secluded and romantic both the room and the gardens/pool etc., so much that the hotel is the best choice for romantic couples I believe. It gave me the chance to rest and take a refuge from the busy daily life as a solo traveler. Renting a car is necessary if you plan to take excursions during your stay and especially if you plan to dine...

“This location is ideal for commuting in and out of Nanaimo and comes with an amazing view. The bathroom is right next to the bedroom upstairs and the bathroom does have a shower. There are also separate thermostats upstairs and even in the bathroom which will help to keep you warm on cooler evenings. “Tannis and Hans are charming hosts who made our visit special and personal. Our room was sweetly decorated and, importantly, had a very comfortable queen bed. Hans prepared delicious breakfasts each of our two mornings, over which we had fun and interesting conversation. After breakfast check out the charming pond-side village created by Hans. As an extra convenience, the couple was kind enough to let us charge our EV in the carport. ”

“Renee was an amazing host. There was a mix up with her swim spa and she my partner and I the package with no charge. We got a couples massage that was great. She also gave us a ride to and from a restaurant so we could enjoy some good food and drinks. Highly recommended staying at this beautiful little spot. We will be returning ”

“This Inn was a bit strange! We was given a room that was clearly sub standard. Thankfully we was given an other room the next day that was alright. Breakfast was different from most breakfast I ’ve ever had at a hotel, strange but kind of fun! The whole Inn desperately need some maintenance, but I think the experience very much depends on which room you are given. The staff was helpful and kind. All things considered, I think it was an affordable hotel.”
