“We have stayed at this hotel before and find it very conveniently located right next to a good shopping mall and with easy access to Cumberland and Comox. Our room, two queen beds, was quite spacious with lots of room for both suitcases. Free water, juice and nibbles were in our room on arrival, and an all-day free coffee machine in the lounge provided many varieties of coffee and tea. “Mixed review for us. The check in process has many flaws, very disorganized. The link we were sent didn’t work so we didn’t receive any info before arrival despite having sent several messages and no replies. Thankfully there was a friendly staff member to help us when we arrived, however our room still wasn’t ready for an hour and a half after check in time and we didn’t receive the door code or room number until that time. The room itself was nice and clean.”
