“Everything about what you pay for, However they completely ignore your Do not Disturb sign on your door. I was woken up to banging at 7am for them to grab my trash, and once at 11 for them to do a full cleaning on the room. Both times I had my sign up. The lady at the counter mentioned no manditory cleanings either. Just an inconvenience, really.”

“Pool area and fitness area were closed, to our disappointment. I'm glad my room had a whirlpool tub, which was clean with jets that worked great. We plan to return to this hotel the next visit to Grand Rapids MI”

“The rooms were nice and beds were comfortable!! We loved the pool and hot tub! Breakfast was decent just wish there hot breakfast tasted better!! Overall we loved it and plan on coming back in the future!”

“Extra travel costs so add an extra 300.00 to your cost for incidentals they it’s a hold for up to 10 days after you leave lucky I had this extra to hold because if not I would have had to find another place to stay ”

“It was clean and comfortable. Pleasant staff and worth the cost. Only wish the 2 complimentary drinks were offered until bar closed. Both days we had activities with the kiddos during the time it was available. ”

“Nice downtown location. Convenient access to the Van Andel Arena. Great parking structure for an additional fee. All staff extremely friendly. We had a very spacious room but it felt outdated with items showing a lot of wear and outlets not having USB or C charging stations. A lot of odd and different smells throughout the hotel. The bathroom was dark and not very clean. There was trash in the bathroom when we checked in. Water pressure was low. Overall it was decent place for what we needed. ”
