Gite Plénitude Nature & Soins for 1 to 8 people. A Place to Recharge

Settled since June 2023, we have literally fallen under the spell of this place, a magnificent and magical place. The cottage is located in the town of Vanosc, in the green Ardèche, at an altitude of 900m on the sunny heights. We enjoy a panorama and an exceptional environment in the middle of the forest and meadows and views of the Alps and the Rhône Valley. It is a place that exudes calm and beauty: rest and relaxation guaranteed during your stay. Enjoy the sunrises, the starry skies, the calm and peaceful nights to find yourself.

On site hiking trail, walk, mountain bike trails, to the south is the Regional Natural Park of the Monts d'Ardèche and to the north the Regional Natural Park of Pilat.
You can also take advantage of the many activities that are within a radius of 15 to 20km (brochures available for visits and activities).

Our accommodations are warm, comfortable, decorated with care. It is very well equipped.

Its location:
We live in the hamlet of Le Bosc located 8km from the center of the village. It is made up of 5 houses including ours which is located on the highest part, it is located at the end of a small path that ends in a forest path. We have a plot of land of just under one hectare (terraced).

The accommodation:
The cottage is attached to our house. Not directly overlooked.
The accommodation has an area of 100 m2. You will have a magnificent view of the valley from the terrace, the living room and the bedrooms.

It consists of a first floor, with an independent entrance, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher) with a large table and a wood stove in a large local stone fireplace. Very pleasant in summer for its freshness and the cozy side in winter with the wood fireplace. Next to it, a bedroom (2 beds of 90x190cm that can be joined to form a king size bed of 180x190cm). On the first floor, you will find the very bright living room. Next to it is a large bedroom (2 electric beds of 90x200cm that can be joined together to form a King size bed of 180X200cm). On the second floor, two large bedrooms: one with a 160X200 bed and the other with a 140X190 bed. On the same floor is the bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine and toilet.
Bed linen is provided and beds are made on arrival.
Towels are also provided.
The cottage is very very well equipped in "kitchen and bathroom".
It is possible to rent the cottage from one person (up to 8). In this case, the access to the rooms will depend on the number of people present. For example, you book for 1 person => access to 1 room, you book for 2 people => access to 1 or 2 rooms... The other rooms will not be accessible during your stay.

Please note: the stairs for access to the different levels of the house do not have railings.

Outside:
A covered terrace on south-facing stilts with: a large wooden table to enjoy the panorama during your meals and a corner rattan lounge to relax or share a convivial moment with your family or friends.
Attention: there are 3 small pools of water on the grounds, without protection where it is not possible to swim.

We are both nature lovers.
We have a border dog "Cali" and 2 cats "Samson and Rita". 2 other cats shared this place before we arrived. Our animals are completely free on the grounds, i.e. the land is not fenced (but no road nearby).
Dogs are accepted if there is good training and understanding with his fellow dogs/cats. Having had a bad experience, we continue to accept our friends but a few rules must be respected:
- Your companion must get along with dogs and cats,
- You must bring his basket,
- Do not let him climb on the beds and sofa,
- Do not leave him alone at the cottage (when you go for a walk for example)
- Bring a cloth to wipe his paws when he comes inside.
- Pick up his excrement on the grounds. Please contact me

The cottage does not have a direct vis-à-vis with our living spaces.

A Vanosc => Bakery, Butcher, Post Office, Local producers (cheeses, infusions&herbs, Associative bar "Monteillet café".
The village has many creators, craftsmen and artists.

A Villevocance (15km) => Proxy supermarket, bakery, inn, tobacconist, hairdresser, beautician, pharmacy, doctor, post office

A Vocance (17km) => CB 24/24 gas station
