A Home to Relax and Unwind
The ground floor runs as one chandelier-lit hall, with velvet lounge seating flowing into a long marble dining table and the fitted kitchen through an arch at the far end. A second living room and a Smart TV give a big group room to spread out, while the walled garden and rooftop terrace work well for evenings once the day cools. With a super king bed in every bedroom, there is space for everyone to settle in.

• Kitchen: Full kitchen with gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, blender, rice maker and freezer, opening to the dining area.

The villa sits in Kandwa, a quiet gated pocket of Varanasi off Vaidyanath Lane, close enough to the ghats for pilgrimage and festival travel but away from the crowds. Driving is the easiest way to reach the river and temples, and there is free onsite parking. Here is what is nearby:

Good to Know Before You Book
Air conditioning matters here, so please read this before you book. AC may be used between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM, and during the day only while you are in the room, with 24°C to 26°C recommended. Doors and windows should stay closed while it runs, and the AC, lights and fans switched off when leaving a room. Continuous or excessive use beyond these hours will incur an additional charge, so fair usage is appreciated. Power cuts are common in parts of Varanasi, so the AC may not run during an outage depending on the backup. Bedroom 4 does not have an en-suite and uses a separate bathroom. Smoking is not permitted inside the air-conditioned rooms. Quiet hours are 22:00 to 07:00. Check-in is completed in person, with a host on site to welcome you. One well-behaved pet is welcome, so please add this to your booking. There is a security camera at the property exterior.

Extra charges
One pet stays free of charge, up to a maximum of one; please include any pet when booking. Early check-in and late check-out, a welcome hamper, and a gift at check-out can be arranged subject to availability, and can be requested after booking through a secure third-party platform. Additional charges apply for AC use beyond the stated hours.

Booking policy
Guests are required to pay a security deposit of £50 prior to their stay. This is fully refundable pending no damages or excess cleaning being required. This will be a pre-authorisation hold on the card taken at least 24 hours before you check in, and is automatically released within 3 days after check out.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
