La Maison de Marguerite, in the meadow of Varengeville

The meadow of Varengeville is a green rural place 1.5 km from the center of the village, very quiet.

Three houses follow one another along the path crossing the meadow.

The middle house is Marguerite's House. It can accommodate 6 people.

The upper house is called "la maison des Petites Bruyères" (another rental for 8 people). Then at the bottom, there is a house occupied all year round.

The green space is entirely open and thus gives a beautiful perspective on the valley.

La Maison de Marguerite, an old barn, completely renovated, has a beautiful living space, consisting of a living room with a stove in the fireplace (wood provided) and piano, and a dining room / kitchen, separated by old half-timbering, stripped of their daub. The kitchen has a fridge, small freezer, oven and electric hob (2 burners), microwave oven, double sink, dishwasher, classic filter coffee maker. It opens onto a small entrance / cloakroom.

There is a shower room with WC on the ground floor, a washing machine and a dryer.

After the living room is a comfortable bedroom (with 1 bed of 140 x 190 cm and a small desk).

Upstairs you arrive on a small landing distributing 2 bedrooms, one with 2 beds of 90 x 200 cm and an extra mattress (for a child) and one with a bed 140 x 190 cm and a sink.

The garden is bordered by a gravelled terrace, equipped with a dining table and chair and deck chairs. A ping-pong table and a swing are available for the enjoyment of young and old alike.

Bed linen and towels provided. Beds are made up on arrival.

Private parking for 2 cars inside the property.

Access to Varengeville beach is on foot, with a nice 20 to 30 minute walk through the village and woods.
