Located in the heart of Varenna, this refined two-bedroom apartment offers a beautiful furnished terrace and balconies with views of Lake Como.

The property is located on the first floor of a prestigious historic building, equipped with a lift, overlooking the picturesque Varenna ferry terminal square. The entrance leads to the living area, elegantly furnished with a comfortable sofa, dining table, TV and a fully equipped kitchen. From here you can access a balcony with a lake view, furnished with a table and chairs ideal for relaxing. The sleeping area includes a master bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and access to a private terrace, furnished with a dining table and sun loungers, perfect for enjoying the mountain views. The second bedroom has a double sofa bed, a wardrobe and a private balcony with a lake view. Completing the apartment is a modern bathroom with a shower.

Lake Como offers some of the most striking urban, landscape and architectural gems in the entire Italian peninsula. Among these treasures, Varenna stands out as one of the most appreciated tourist destinations on Lake Como thanks to its wealth of history, art and culture. Villa Monastero and Villa Cipressi are among the most renowned points of interest in the village, with their gardens, enchanting views and original furnishings. Varenna is also the ideal place for a stroll along the lake, the famous historic centre with its characteristic alleys and the Passeggiata degli Innamorati, which connects the ferry terminal with the village. On the promontory overlooking Varenna, you can visit the Castello di Vezio, dating back to the 2nd century BC, from which you can admire a 360-degree panorama. Nature is the frame of this territory and through paths and walks, such as the Greenway dei Patriarchi and the Sentiero del Viandante, it is possible to immerse yourself in the discovery of glimpses and landscapes rich in history.
