Located 2 hours north of Lyon, the Domaine de Vaux villa is perfect for celebrating major events: birthdays, bachelor parties, or family gatherings. It’s the perfect example of everything a So Villa has to offer: an extraordinary garden with a terrace and a beautiful 8m x 4m pool! But it also features a dining room that seats 45 people and a game room with a baby, arcade machine, and poker table—where you can dance and party thanks to the powerful 100W speakers!

• The big cleanup at the end of your stay? We’ll take care of it! The only small things we’ll ask of you are to please gather the dirty towels and sheets in the main room on the first floor when you leave, wash your dishes, dispose of household trash and recyclables in the villa’s bins, and drop off glass at the town’s collection point.

• The villa price includes 16 people. Starting with the 17th person, a supplement of 30 euros per person per night applies: just enter the correct number of guests when you make your reservation—it’s calculated automatically ;)

🔊 Cocktails, dinner, evening activities... and noise disturbances

Since the nearest neighbors are 400 meters away, there are no restrictions on music volume when you’re INSIDE the house, as long as the doors and windows are securely closed! Bringing your own speakers is strictly prohibited. Outdoors, you can have lunch, enjoy drinks, have dinner, or relax by the pool... but no music or microphones, day or night! Outdoor noise levels must be limited to 90 dB (the noise of a lawn mower) so as not to disturb others.
