White Forest Agency offers you this warm and welcoming 170 m² chalet located in Vars Sainte-Catherine, enjoying plenty of sunshine and pleasant grounds surrounding the chalet.
Accommodating up to 12 people, with an ideal capacity of 6 adults and 4 children, this two-storey chalet offers generous living spaces and all the comfort you need to fully enjoy your stay in the mountains.
On the ground floor, a spacious entrance leads to the living room, with a French door opening directly onto the south-east-facing garden. The kitchen also has direct access to the outside. You will enjoy a large vaulted living room with a fireplace, as well as a large dining table, perfect for sharing convivial meals with family or friends. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Nespresso coffee machine and a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a SodaStream, a microwave, a refrigerator, a recycling bin, a dishwasher, a toaster, a Thermomix, an induction hob, a traditional oven and a fondue set.
On the first floor, you will find a shower room, a bathroom, three double bedrooms and a separate toilet.
The second floor consists of a bedroom equipped with bunk beds and a washbasin, a double bedroom with its own washbasin, and another double bedroom with a washbasin. A shower room and a separate toilet also complete this floor.
Sleeping arrangements are as follows: bedroom 1 has a 140 cm double bed; bedrooms 2, 3, 4 and 5 each have two 90 cm single beds that can be pushed together to create a King Size bed, while bedroom 6 is equipped with two single bunk beds. Bedrooms 4, 5 and 6 are located on the second floor. The chalet also has two shower rooms, one bathroom and one toilet on each floor, for a total of three toilets.
End-of-stay cleaning is included. Bed linen and towels are available as an optional package at a rate of €16 per person. Please contact us for further information. Pets are not allowed and all our rental properties are strictly NON-SMOKING.
