“The suite was wonderful had a big bathroom, large sofa and island. Breakfast was lacking due to the number of guests that were all down at once. Had difficulties with a room above and loud guests that where jumping and dragging furniture. The staff took the complaint and contacted the room to quiet down which they mostly did. I would stay at this hotel again if I am ever back in Ann Arbor and would recommend it to anyone traveling there.”

“very clean”

“Nice hotel, excellent location. Desk gals were lovely. The HVAC system was the loudest I have ever heard, making sleep very difficult.”

“We stayed for two nights and as said in the advertisement of the hotel could we expect daily cleaning. Coming back from business on day two we found the room not to be cleaned. We went down and asked why. Our story ended with the manager asking the police to eskort us out within 10 minutes . We left ,and went for another hotel in Ann Arbor. Still they keep charging me valet parking twice and the deposit which they use to have as a safe if something breaks down. ”

“Easy check-in. Clean room. Quiet environment.”

“A beautiful and unique property, with excellent staff and service. Breakfast was excellent and the wait staff very engaging. Only issue I would present is some very old and grungy grout conditions in the walk-in shower, otherwise I look forward to staying here again.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The bed and breakfast is beautiful, spotless, and so peaceful. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The breakfast was delicious, with great attention to detail, and truly one of the highlights of our visit. The different themed rooms were beautiful, and we especially loved the castle-like feel throughout the property. The stunning gardens added to the peaceful atmosphere and made our stay feel even more special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience...

“It was great”

“The place was beautiful, clean, and spacious. It was perfectly located - within walking distance of bars, restaurants, shops and Michigan Stadium.”

“Initally we were very happy with the stay, great clean room even though the tv didn't start. Fresh bathroom. We stayed 3 nights and the last night there was a birthday party and people were shouting and running in the corridor all night. At 11 pm I went to reception and the guy there said that there had been a party and he asked if we could change room (!). It was our last night and my son was already in bed, we had all our stuff out. Of course we do not want to change room. At 1 am it was still...

“Hard to find entrance, no bar area, no coffeemaker in room and no Philly at breakfast ;) I’ll pick another place next time again”

“Inget varmvatten en dag. ”

“The property was very clean- staff super nice. Loved the space in the rooms with traveling as a family.”

“The hotel is close to anything you may be planning to do in Ann Arbor. Easy access to the highway and to campus or The Big House, and convenient to shopping and restaurants. The hotel has been completely renovated and the effort to keep it looking fresh and clean is apparent. The rooms are large, and having a fridge and microwave is extremely helpful. The 24 hour coffee and tea service is a plus along with generous hours for breakfast service in the morning. The staff was very helpful, friendly,...
