“The free breakfast was terrible. The dried up egg patty and sausage weren't edible. I dumped it and had yogurt.
The room was amazing and had every amenity. The decor was beautiful and space was huge. Loved having the kitchen and a huge sofa. Bathroom was pretty and clean.
The front desk staff were very friendly. ”

“Kensington Hotel on State Street at Ann Arbor is a very pleasant place to stay. The facility is clean, quiet, and convenient. It is relatively small, but offers all the upscale amenities you would like to enjoy. I wish we had time to stay longer so that we could use the indoor swimming pool, the lively backyard, the sauna, and the gym, etc. Their workers were all friendly. “We stayed for two nights and as said in the advertisement of the hotel could we expect daily cleaning. Coming back from business on day two we found the room not to be cleaned. We went down and asked why. Our story ended with the manager asking the police to eskort us out within 10 minutes . We left ,and went for another hotel in Ann Arbor.
Still they keep charging me valet parking twice and the deposit which they use to have as a safe if something breaks down. ”

“It was very nice place and located close to everything and the staff was excellent and prices were decent . The breakfast was hot and fresh every morning. Coffee was good as well. I would definitely recommend this facility to everyone. ”
