“Excellent check in and friendly staff, great breakfast, hot tub was a nice place to chill out and relax after we drove all day. Discount is included for Boston Pizza which is right next door. AC in the room 213 could definitely use some work as it constantly cycles but never stays on long enough to cool down. We travel with a small fan though so it was ok. That's the only reason the room got a 4 star. Otherwise bed was good and the room was huge and quiet.”
“We always enjoy staying at the dunes. There is a lot of construction with the new spa to be opened later this yr. The inside is also blocked off from the hotel to the casino which is unfortunate.
Our room didn't have shampoo so we had to request it. The remote also had no back to it and the toilet seat is broken. None of this impacted pur stay but it definitely gave it a feeling of less care and attention given.”
“We had a small issue with our room and it was taken care of instantly with out any fuse, the restaurants we great as was the pool. Definitely will stay there again.”
“The workers were good but just this one worker was really rude and discriminating to someone new trying to get a room and also kept making up rule after rule after rule when all the other workers were nice and conventional kind except for the one worker I didn't get his name but he made us not want to recommend this hotel anymore to people”
