âWe loved our stay Pink House. The location is about 10-15minutes walk to town with young children, so ideal for anyone who enjoys peace and quiet but doesn't want to be reliant on transport to get groceries or experience the local community and culture. The beach/dock area were great for young children who like to be active and outside, and the views over the lake at all times of day were amazing. âThe cabin has terrible access roads had an SUV and had a hard time getting there, once there one of the bedrooms has no heating, no fridge and the only way to heat the leaving room is by using firewood that has to be brought from outside and really hard to light up, top bedroom its only accisable by a ladder a construction ladder, showers can only be used hot or cold imposible to get warm water to shower and top bedroom shower does not work only water spicket, no internet working try both...

The title of the listing said "San Pedro, La Laguna." After we were already in Guatemala, and were trying to figure out where we were headed next, we noticed that the address said Santa Cruz. However, after some trouble, we realized that the house was in Tzunana. Right off the bat, this felt mis-leading.

âClean spacious well maintained complex. Enjoyable relaxing atmosphere. Within walking distance to most sites and restaurants. My teenagerâs said it was peaceful and felt like home. They also like the cat that roamed around the inside of the complex. The owners went above and beyond for us at check in and help arrange transportation upon check out. Very accommodating.â
