“We were there during a terrible thunderstorm and tornado warnings. I was amazed at how orderly the staff was able to coral everyone getting them to the basement through the stairwells. It sucked! But it had to be done and your staff got it done with a smile.”

I had wished there was a blanket in the room as I chill easily! I couldn’t get the coffeemaker to work as I’m not use to that kind! Staff was excellent; facility was quiet! Thanks”
