“It was a great stay, good value rooms and great location next to The Rock. The room with a loft is good for families, but can be complicated with small children (younger than 6). Not enough room to comfortable store clothes (would have been tight even for 2 in a room with a King bed and two twins in the loft), so would more closet space. We enjoyed the common living room and being able to walk to The Rock (its the same property, but building next door).”

“Besutiful location. Very nice room with fantastic beds. Staff - with exceptions!!! - Not serviceminded. Long waits. "immediately" became a joke between us and our friends, meaning perhaps. Good food though, but very slow service generally. Room was not properly cleaned on arrival, but afterwards cleaning was impeccable. This hotel could be fantastic, if communication among the staff was better. The staff is friendly but need know-how I wonder what the management have been doing for the last...
